Prices have risen by $40-50 per ton in the past three weeks due to environmental restrictions on steel production, maintenance of some steel plants and increased demand. At present, some steel mills lack billet, resulting in billet and steel prices continue to rise.
We believe that prices will continue to rise in the short term and may fall, but not too much.
